California-based startup Pebble has revealed its production-focused Pebble Flow electric travel trailer, now slated for release in early 2025. This state-of-the-art trailer, designed to assist both electric and internal combustion vehicles while towing, promises unique performance, efficiency, and convenience for modern travelers.
The Pebble Flow, initially showcased in 2023, utilizes a 45-kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery pack to offer self-propulsion. Its innovative drivetrain not only reduces range loss for EVs but also mitigates the fuel economy drop experienced by traditional gas-powered vehicles during towing.
Pebble has refined the drivetrain for its production model. It now offers advanced features like remote maneuverability, enabling users to align the trailer with a hitch or park it seamlessly in tight spaces. These features resemble the cutting-edge technology seen in Hyundai’s Smart Park Assist and Tesla’s Summon.
The Pebble Flow’s battery also doubles as a portable power station for camping adventures. Its integrated 1.1-kW solar array can supplement the battery, although a full recharge will likely require access to standard EV charging infrastructure.
Key updates in the Pebble Flow’s exterior design focus on practical performance. Integrated taillights and streamlined aerodynamics boost efficiency, while increased ground clearance enhances off-road capabilities. A new pass-through storage space and all-terrain levelers make this a versatile choice for adventurers.
Additionally, Pebble has equipped the Flow with a hitch receiver for accessories like bike racks, further emphasizing its designed-for-utility philosophy.

Upgraded Interior: Comfort and Convenience
The interior of the Pebble Flow has been carefully reimagined to prioritize user comfort and practicality. Cabinet doors now flip up instead of down, ensuring better access. Windows at the sides and rear can open to improve ventilation.
Pebble has also increased the size of the door opening, added extra storage compartments, and equipped the trailer with a motorized awning. This awning, along with built-in lights, stairs, and stabilizers, can be deployed effortlessly using a one-touch setup feature.
The Pebble Flow’s pricing starts at $109,500 for the base model. For a dual-motor version, which includes many advanced tech features, pricing jumps to $135,500. However, early buyers may opt for limited-edition Founders Editions, priced at $175,000, which come fully equipped with exclusive colors and all available options.
To secure a unit, customers can place a refundable $500 deposit today as Pebble prepares to begin production early in 2025. The first customer deliveries are expected shortly thereafter.
The Pebble Flow is part of a growing segment of electric travel trailers. Other competitors include Lightship’s AE.1, a similarly luxurious option priced at $250,000, and Airstream’s EV-focused trailer concept. Even traditional automakers like Ford are exploring innovations, such as trailers capable of charging EVs while being towed.
Pebble’s competitive pricing and unique functionality make the Flow a standout option for eco-conscious adventurers seeking top-tier technology.
