Protection Policy

Buyer & Seller Protection

At Wheel Front® Marketplace, every transaction is protected through a combination of secure escrow payments, identity verification, fitment validation, shipping documentation, and dispute mediation.

Mandatory Compliance: To protect both buyers and sellers fairly, all users must follow the marketplace protection policies below. Violating these policies may result in account suspension, permanent bans, or forfeiture of funds.

1. Marketplace Transaction Policy

Every purchase, payment, negotiation, invoice, contract, and communication related to a transaction must remain inside the Wheel Front® Marketplace ecosystem.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

  • Direct bank transfers outside the platform
  • PayPal Friends & Family, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Crypto payments
  • Asking buyers to pay outside escrow or sharing external payment links
  • Attempting to avoid marketplace fees
  • Finalizing deals through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or text

Why This Policy Exists

Off-platform transactions instantly void all buyer and seller protections, including:

  • Escrow protection
  • Fraud monitoring
  • Shipping verification
  • Dispute mediation
  • Seller payout protection
  • Chargeback defense

Zero Tolerance: Any user attempting to move a transaction outside Wheel Front® Marketplace will face permanent account suspension and forfeiture of marketplace protections.

2. Escrow Protection

All payments on Wheel Front® Marketplace are processed through our secure escrow vault. This protects buyers from scams, and sellers from fake payment claims and fraudulent chargebacks.

How It Works

  • 1. Buyer places an order
  • 2. Funds are securely held in escrow
  • 3. Seller ships the wheels
  • 4. Buyer receives and inspects the order
  • 5. Funds are released only after successful inspection

The 5-Day Inspection Period

Buyers receive a strict 5-day window after delivery to verify specifications, inspect condition/finish, confirm packaging integrity, and test fitment. If no dispute is opened within this window, the transaction is considered accepted and funds are released.

3. Seller Protection Requirements

To qualify for Wheel Front® Seller Protection against false claims or shipping damage disputes, sellers MUST fully document the condition and packaging process before shipment.

Condition Photos
  • Front face of each wheel
  • Rear barrel/backside
  • Close-ups of lips & spokes
  • Any scratches, imperfections
Specs Stamped
  • Diameter & Width
  • Offset (ET)
  • Bolt pattern (PCD)
  • Center bore
Packaging Proof
  • Foam protection installed
  • Protective wrap applied
  • Final sealed package
  • Carrier receipt/weight

Failure to provide complete documentation may result in denied seller protection, delayed payouts, or loss of disputes.

4. Wheel Packing Standards

Improper packaging is the leading cause of wheel damage during shipping. All sellers must follow Wheel Front® approved packing procedures. We reserve the right to deny seller protection if damage occurs due to insufficient packaging.

Required Standards

  • Heavy-duty double-wall boxes
  • Foam corner protection
  • Full face protection
  • Internal movement prevention
  • H-taping reinforcement

Sellers Must NOT

  • Reuse damaged boxes
  • Ship without internal padding
  • Allow wheel lips to contact walls
  • Use weak packing tape
  • Ship loose hardware unprotected

5. Buyer Responsibilities

While Wheel Front provides compatibility badges, wheel fitment can vary significantly depending on suspension setup, brake clearance, fender modifications, and alignment. Buyers are responsible for verifying final fitment BEFORE purchase.

Important Notice

A wheel being physically "mountable" does NOT automatically mean it clears suspension safely, clears big brake calipers, or avoids fender rubbing. Buyers using modified vehicles assume full responsibility for modified fitment outcomes.

6. Misrepresentation Policy

If a listing materially differs from the received product, buyers qualify for a full refund, return authorization, and escrow cancellation. Sellers face strict penalties.

Sellers Must Accurately Disclose:
  • Overall wheel condition
  • Prior repairs, cracks, or weld history
  • Finish damage or bends
  • Missing hardware & Authenticity
Strictly Prohibited:
  • Replica wheels listed as authentic
  • Edited images hiding damage
  • Incorrect wheel specifications
  • Using generic manufacturer photos

7. Shipping Damage & Disputes

Wheel Front® acts as a neutral marketplace mediator. If a shipment arrives damaged, Buyers must report damage within 5 days, take photos/videos immediately, and NOT discard packaging. Sellers must cooperate with insurance claims and provide packing evidence.

Valid Buyer Claims

Wrong wheels received, significant undisclosed damage, structural damage, shipping damage, missing items.

Invalid Buyer Claims

Buyer changed their mind, failed to verify fitment, minor wear was clearly disclosed, buyer damaged item post-delivery, aggressive fitment rubbing.

8. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

Escrow verifies payment legitimacy before shipment. High-risk transactions require ID verification. Chargeback abuse or fraud leads to permanent bans and legal escalation.

9. Seller Payout Protection

Buyer funds are fully verified before shipment. Once escrow releases payment successfully, sellers receive protected payout confirmation under marketplace policy.

10. Prohibited Activity

Counterfeit wheels, stolen property, fake tracking, harassment, manipulating reviews, or identity fraud will lead to immediate suspension and escrow freezes.

11. Community Trust Standards

Wheel Front® was built for enthusiasts. By using the platform, users agree to communicate honestly, provide accurate information, and respect policies.

BUYER AND SELLER PROTECTION POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Buyer and Seller Protection Policy (“Protection Policy”) governs all transactions conducted through Wheel Front Marketplace (“Marketplace”) and forms an integral part of the Wheel Front Marketplace Terms of Service. By creating an account, listing products, submitting offers, purchasing products, communicating with other users, or otherwise utilizing the Marketplace, each user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

For purposes of this Protection Policy, “Wheel Front,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Wheel Front Ltd. Liability Company and its affiliated entities, while “Buyer,” “Seller,” and “User” refer to any individual or legal entity utilizing the Marketplace.

1. Purpose and Scope

Wheel Front Marketplace is designed to facilitate transactions involving aftermarket wheels, OEM wheels, wheel accessories, and related automotive products between independent buyers and sellers. To promote trust, transparency, and transaction security, Wheel Front maintains a protection framework consisting of escrow payment procedures, transaction monitoring, identity verification measures, documentation requirements, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

The protections described herein are available solely to users who comply fully with all Marketplace policies, procedures, and transaction requirements. Wheel Front reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, limit, or revoke any protection benefit where a user fails to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements or engages in conduct that compromises the integrity of the Marketplace.

2. Marketplace Transaction Requirement

All negotiations, communications, offers, purchase agreements, invoices, payments, shipment confirmations, and transaction-related activities must be conducted exclusively through Wheel Front Marketplace and any systems designated or approved by Wheel Front.

Any attempt to conduct a transaction outside of the Marketplace, including but not limited to direct payments, private agreements, fee avoidance arrangements, or the use of unauthorized payment channels, shall constitute a material violation of this Protection Policy. Transactions conducted wholly or partially outside the Marketplace shall not qualify for any Buyer Protection, Seller Protection, escrow protection, fraud prevention assistance, dispute resolution services, chargeback support, or reimbursement program offered by Wheel Front.

Wheel Front reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel transactions, withhold funds pending investigation, and take any other action deemed necessary to protect the Marketplace and its users from fraud, abuse, or circumvention of Marketplace policies.

3. Escrow Payment Protection

Wheel Front utilizes escrow-based payment procedures to reduce transaction risk and enhance payment security. Under this framework, payment funds submitted by a Buyer are held by an authorized payment provider until the applicable transaction requirements have been satisfied.

A Seller shall not ship any item until shipment authorization has been issued through the Marketplace. Upon shipment and confirmed delivery, the Buyer shall be entitled to an inspection period as determined by Marketplace policy. Provided that no valid dispute has been initiated during such inspection period, escrow funds may be released to the Seller in accordance with the applicable transaction terms.

Wheel Front does not guarantee payment processing services, banking services, escrow services, or financial services, all of which may be provided by independent third-party providers subject to separate agreements and regulatory requirements.

4. Buyer Protection

Subject to compliance with all Marketplace requirements, eligible Buyers may qualify for protection in circumstances where an item is not delivered, where the delivered item materially differs from the description contained in the listing, or where significant defects, structural damage, or authenticity issues were not disclosed prior to sale.

Buyer Protection shall not apply to circumstances arising from ordinary wear and tear, disclosed cosmetic imperfections, subjective dissatisfaction, improper installation, vehicle modifications, fitment preferences, post-delivery damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or any condition that was accurately disclosed by the Seller prior to purchase.

The Buyer bears the responsibility to inspect the delivered item promptly upon receipt and to notify Wheel Front of any alleged discrepancy within the applicable inspection period. Failure to provide timely notice may constitute acceptance of the transaction and may result in the forfeiture of protection rights.

5. Seller Protection

Wheel Front provides Seller Protection designed to reduce the risk of fraudulent claims, false delivery allegations, unauthorized payment disputes, and certain forms of transaction abuse. Eligibility for Seller Protection is contingent upon strict compliance with Marketplace requirements, including shipment authorization procedures, documentation requirements, packaging standards, and listing accuracy obligations.

Prior to shipment, Sellers are expected to maintain comprehensive records documenting the condition, specifications, and packaging of the item being sold. Such records may include photographs, shipping receipts, tracking information, packaging evidence, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Wheel Front during the course of an investigation.

Failure to maintain adequate supporting documentation may adversely affect a Seller’s eligibility for protection benefits and may result in the denial of claims submitted under the Seller Protection Program.

6. Fitment and Compatibility Disclaimer

Wheel Front may provide fitment information, compatibility references, specifications, calculators, guides, or other informational resources solely for general informational purposes. Such information is not intended to constitute engineering advice, installation guidance, professional recommendations, or guarantees of compatibility.

Wheel fitment is inherently dependent upon numerous variables, including but not limited to vehicle configuration, suspension components, brake systems, tire dimensions, alignment settings, aftermarket modifications, manufacturing tolerances, and intended vehicle use.

Accordingly, the Buyer assumes sole responsibility for independently verifying compatibility and suitability prior to completing any transaction. Except where expressly required by applicable law, fitment-related disputes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, reimbursement, return, or protection claims where the Seller accurately disclosed the specifications of the item offered for sale.

7. Listing Accuracy and Disclosure Obligations

Each Seller represents and warrants that all information contained within a listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Sellers must disclose all material facts reasonably necessary to allow a prospective Buyer to make an informed purchasing decision, including any known defects, repairs, structural issues, finish damage, modifications, authenticity concerns, or missing components.

The intentional omission, concealment, falsification, manipulation, or misrepresentation of material information constitutes a violation of Marketplace policy and may result in transaction cancellation, account suspension, financial liability, loss of protection eligibility, and permanent removal from the Marketplace.

Wheel Front reserves the right to remove listings or restrict user privileges whenever the Company reasonably believes that a listing contains inaccurate, deceptive, incomplete, or misleading information.

8. Shipping Damage and Loss

Any claim involving shipping damage, package loss, delivery discrepancies, or carrier-related incidents must be reported to Wheel Front within the timeframe specified by Marketplace procedures. Users shall cooperate fully in any investigation and shall provide all photographs, shipping records, carrier documentation, and other evidence reasonably requested by Wheel Front or its service providers.

Wheel Front reserves the right to evaluate all available evidence and determine, in its sole discretion, whether a claim satisfies the requirements for protection eligibility. The Company’s determination shall be based upon the facts available at the time of review and the applicable provisions of this Protection Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Wheel Front may, but is not obligated to, facilitate dispute resolution between Buyers and Sellers. In evaluating a dispute, Wheel Front may consider transaction records, communications, listing content, photographs, shipping documentation, inspection reports, payment records, expert opinions, and any other information deemed relevant.

Users acknowledge and agree that Wheel Front acts solely as an independent marketplace operator and transaction facilitator and is not a party to the underlying sales contract between Buyer and Seller.

Any determination made by Wheel Front regarding eligibility for Marketplace protection shall be final for purposes of the internal Marketplace review process.

10. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect the integrity of the Marketplace, Wheel Front reserves the right to require identity verification, payment verification, address verification, business verification, fraud screening, source-of-funds verification, or any other reasonable compliance measure before permitting a user to transact or receive funds.

Wheel Front may suspend, delay, reject, reverse, cancel, or otherwise restrict any transaction that, in its sole judgment, presents elevated risk, suspicious activity, potential fraud, regulatory concerns, or violations of Marketplace policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wheel Front operates solely as a technology platform facilitating transactions between independent third parties. Wheel Front does not manufacture, own, inspect, store, possess, certify, endorse, or guarantee any product listed on the Marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wheel Front disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, authenticity, compatibility, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Wheel Front, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to any Marketplace transaction, regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

12. Enforcement and Policy Violations

Wheel Front reserves the unrestricted right to investigate suspected violations of this Protection Policy and to take any action deemed necessary to protect users, preserve Marketplace integrity, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Such actions may include account suspension, account termination, listing removal, transaction cancellation, escrow holds, fund withholding, reporting to payment processors, reporting to law enforcement authorities, or the commencement of legal proceedings where appropriate.

13. Amendments

Wheel Front reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace this Protection Policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Marketplace unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Marketplace following publication of a revised Protection Policy constitutes acceptance of such revisions.

By accessing or using Wheel Front Marketplace, each user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Buyer and Seller Protection Policy.
