Wheel Front Help and Frequently Asked Questions
Buying Wheel
Simply search for wheels by your vehicle (make, year, model) or by rim specs. When you find the right set, contact the seller or purchase directly through our platform. Your payment is held securely in our escrow account until you confirm the wheels have arrived in the described condition — only then is the seller paid.
Every listing on Wheelfront includes the full fitment spec — bolt pattern (PCD), rim diameter, rim width, and offset (ET). Use our By Vehicle search to filter listings confirmed for your exact make, model, and trim. We always recommend double-checking with your local tyre shop before purchasing.
Yes. All payments made through Wheelfront are held in escrow for 14 days after delivery. This gives you time to inspect the wheels for condition, fitment accuracy, and finish. If anything is wrong, contact our support team within 14 days and we'll get your money back.
Absolutely. Wheelfront is a global marketplace with sellers across the US, Australia, and beyond. Every international shipment is fully insured, so you can purchase risk-free regardless of where the seller is located.
All listings are graded by the seller using our standardised condition scale: New, Like New, Used (Very Good), and Used (Fair). Each grade has clear guidelines sellers must follow. If a wheel arrives in a worse condition than described, you are covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee.
Selling Wheel
Head to wheelfront.com/add-listing and create your listing. You'll need to provide the full wheel specs (brand, model, diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, finish, condition) along with clear photos. Listings go live after a basic review by our team.
Once the buyer confirms receipt and is satisfied with their order — or after the 14-day escrow window closes without a dispute — we release the payout directly to you. This protects both parties and keeps every transaction transparent.
Seller fees apply to professional dealers and private listers. Details are outlined in our Seller Fees page. Becoming a listed dealer also unlocks additional visibility across the platform and our partner network.
