Wheel Front Marketplace Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Welcome to Wheel Front Marketplace. This document explains the rules that keep our marketplace running securely. We call these rules our Terms of Service (or “Terms”). They apply to wheelfront.com, our mobile applications, and all related services we own or run.
By using our site—whether you are a registered buyer, a verified dealer, or an unregistered visitor—you agree to follow these rules. Please read them carefully.
Using Wheel Front Marketplace & Your Account
Eligibility & Account Types .You must be 18 years or older to use Wheel Front. We offer accounts for Private Sellers, Buyers, and Verified Brands/Dealers. You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it updated.
Seller Verification (KYC) To maintain a safe marketplace and comply with financial regulations, all sellers must verify their identity. Payouts are handled via our third-party partner, Trustap. Before you can claim a payout, you must register for a Trustap account within the “Payouts and Verification” tab of your dashboard and pass their Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to verify your identity will result in your funds being held or refunded to the buyer.
Relationship with Wheel Front Marketplace. Wheel Front provides a secure marketplace platform and escrow facilitation. We are not the owner, seller, buyer, or manufacturer of the wheels listed. Contracts for the sale of goods (the “Deal Sheet”) are directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
Fees & Taxes
Buyer Fees. When checking out, buyers will be charged a 3% Escrow Service & Buyer Protection Fee. This fee is added to the agreed-upon price of the wheels and covers the cost of securely holding your funds in escrow until the wheels arrive safely.
Seller Fees. Sellers are charged a 5% Marketplace Fee for the successful sale of their goods. This fee is automatically deducted from your final payout by Trustap before the funds are transferred to your bank account.
Taxes and Duties. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable local taxes, import duties, or customs brokerage fees. Sellers are responsible for accurate customs declarations and paying their own income taxes on platform earnings.
The Escrow & Payment Workflow
The Deal Sheet. Before payment is made, both the Buyer and Seller must agree to the Wheel Front Escrow Sale & Purchase Agreement (the “Deal Sheet”). This snapshot locks in the exact specifications, condition, and shipping costs of the transaction.
Securing Funds. Payments are processed securely via Trustap via credit card or approved local payment methods. Wheel Front Marketplace does not directly store your credit card information. Once the buyer completes checkout, the funds are held securely in an Escrow Trust Account.
Non-Circumvention (Staying on the Platform). You agree to exclusively use Wheel Front’s escrow system to make and receive payments for any relationship established through our site. Sharing personal phone numbers, emails, PayPal addresses, or attempting to complete a transaction off-platform to avoid fees is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
Shipping & Packaging Proof
Shipping Deadlines. Once funds are secured in escrow, the seller has 7 calendar days to ship the wheels. If the seller fails to ship within this window, Wheel Front reserves the right to automatically cancel the transaction, refund the buyer, and flag the seller’s account.
Mandatory Packaging Proof. Before generating a shipping label, the seller must upload clear photos/videos into the chat window showing: The wheels without packaging (showing condition), The interior packaging (showing bubble wrap/protection), The exterior of the sealed boxes.
Failure to upload this media voids Wheel Front’s Seller Protection. If a buyer claims the wheels arrived damaged, and the seller did not provide packaging proof, the dispute will automatically be found in the buyer’s favor.
Shipping Labels & Tracking. Sellers may choose to purchase an automated shipping label directly through Wheel Front, or use their own carrier. If the seller uses their own carrier, they must manually enter a valid, trackable tracking number into the chat UI.
Delivery, Inspection, & Payouts
Delivery Confirmation. The transaction state updates to “Delivered” when our automated tracking API confirms delivery, or when the buyer manually confirms receipt in the chat.
The 5-Day Inspection Period. Upon delivery, a strict 5-Day (120-hour) Inspection Period begins. During this time, the buyer must inspect the wheels for Material Non-Conformity (e.g., structural damage, wrong bolt pattern, undisclosed cracks). Fitment issues (buying the wrong size for your specific car) do not qualify for a return.
Releasing Funds. If the buyer clicks “I confirm the payment,” the funds are released to the seller immediately. If the 5-day inspection period expires without the buyer opening a dispute or confirming receipt, Wheel Front Marketplace will wait an additional 48-hour administrative buffer, and then automatically release the payout to the seller’s Trustap account.
Disputes & Admin Intervention
Opening a Dispute. If the goods are damaged or do not materially match the Deal Sheet, the buyer must report the issue in the chat window before the 5-Day Inspection Period expires.
Admin Control. Wheel Front Marketplace retains the ultimate authority to intervene in any transaction. Our Admin Quality & Security Team has the right to:
Pause the escrow payout timer.
Extend the inspection period.
Review chat logs, Deal Sheets, and packaging proof.
Force a refund to the buyer or force a payout to the seller based on our investigation.
Cancellations Before Shipment. If a seller cancels an order after the buyer has successfully funded the escrow account, Wheel Front Marketplace will automatically refund the buyer. The seller’s account will be flagged, and Wheel Front Marketplace reserves the right to charge the seller for the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by the cancellation.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Fitment Disclaimer. Unless explicitly stated via a specific Guarantee, Wheel Front Marketplace does not guarantee that wheels will fit the buyer’s vehicle. Seller “came off my car” statements are informational only. The buyer is solely responsible for confirming brake clearance, offset, and hub bore compatibility prior to checkout.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wheel Front Marketplace and our affiliates are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the marketplace. Wheel Front’s liability for any claim arising out of a transaction will not exceed the amount of Marketplace Fees actually retained by Wheel Front in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver. You and Wheel Front Marketplace agree to resolve any and all claims or disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the marketplace through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in a court of law. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
