Wheel Front® splits the cost of our enterprise-grade infrastructure between buyers and sellers. Buyers pay a 3% Escrow & Protection fee at checkout to secure their funds and guarantee fitment. Sellers pay a 5% Marketplace fee that is automatically deducted from their final payout. There are no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions.
No. It is completely free to create listings, upload photos, and chat with prospective buyers. Sellers only pay the 5% fee when a transaction is successfully completed and delivered.
This fee powers the Trustap and Airwallex escrow system. It ensures that your money is held safely in a vault until the wheels arrive and you have 5 days to inspect them. It also funds our dedicated Quality & Security team who manually mediate any disputes.
When a buyer accepts your offer, their funds are held securely in escrow. You will be notified to ship the wheels. Once the wheels are delivered, the buyer has a 5-day inspection period. After this concludes, your funds (minus the 5% service fee) are automatically released to your linked bank account.
We accept all major credit cards and approved local payment methods securely processed via our integrated global banking partners, Trustap and Airwallex.
Upon delivery, buyers have a strict 5-day (120-hour) window to inspect the wheels for material non-conformity. If everything matches the legally binding Deal Sheet, funds are automatically released to the seller.
Sellers have a strict 7-day window to ship the wheels after funds are secured. If they fail to provide tracking within this timeframe, the transaction can be canceled, and the buyer receives a full refund.
Sellers are required to provide mandatory packaging proof (photos/videos) before shipping. This ensures that any transit damage is covered by shipping insurance. If issues arise, our Quality & Security team will assist with the dispute resolution.
No. While our "Garage" tool provides automated compatibility badges, final fitment verification (including brake clearance, offset, and hub bore) is the buyer's responsibility. Buying the wrong size for your specific car does not qualify for a return under our Escrow Protection.
