Skoda has officially announced the mid-cycle update for the 2025 Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe, set to debut on January 8. These electric SUVs will feature subtle design changes, improved onboard technology, and enhanced driving range to remain competitive in the growing EV segment.

The Skoda Enyaq first hit the roads in 2020, while its sportier Coupe version followed in 2022. With this facelift, Skoda aims to further solidify its position in the electric vehicle market.

One of the most noticeable updates to the facelifted Enyaq is the redesigned front end. The sharper design includes:

  • A Slimmer Illuminated Grille: Now more minimalistic, bringing a modern aesthetic.
  • Split LED Matrix Headlights: Offering better visibility and a futuristic look.
  • Tech-Deck Face: A cleaner and aerodynamic bumper design resembling Skoda’s smaller EV, the Elroq.

The side profile and rear of the vehicle remain largely unchanged, preserving the recognizable silhouette of the Enyaq family.

Inside the cabin, Skoda promises premium materials that are more sustainable, continuing the brand’s commitment to eco-conscious manufacturing. The updated models will also come with richer standard equipment, offering an improved experience for drivers and passengers alike.

Teaser clips suggest that the facelift will include Sportline trims alongside the standard versions, with the sportier vRS variant likely making a return. These enhanced trims cater to buyers seeking added style and performance.

While Skoda has not yet detailed specific powertrain changes, it has confirmed diversity in options, suggesting multiple configurations for both rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) enthusiasts. The previous 2024 updates boosted performance and battery range, with power outputs spanning from 177 hp (132 kW) to 335 hp (250 kW).

With optimized aerodynamics, the 2025 Enyaq promises a longer range than its predecessor, which could travel up to 565 km (351 miles) on a single charge depending on the configuration. Efficiency improvements make this new model an even stronger contender in the EV landscape.
