Orders typically take 2–5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
1.2. Expedited Shipping
For select products, expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

– Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99, unless otherwise stated during special promotions or events.
Expedited or premium delivery services incur additional charges, which are shown at checkout.
Some oversized items require Priority Truck Shipping Only.
– This shipping method may result in an additional charge ranging from approximately $100 to $500.
– If additional shipping charges apply, we may contact you after checkout to confirm and collect the required amount before shipment.
3. Delivery Notifications and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Our courier partners may provide:

– A “You’re Next” alert when the driver is one delivery away
4. Delivery Requirements

Most deliveries require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

– Keep your phone available, as carriers may call for delivery instructions
5.2. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

8. Backorder Items Shipping
Immediate Vendor Placement
All backorder items are placed directly with the vendor on the same day your order is received.
Production & Restocking Timeline
Backordered items typically require 1–3 weeks for production before restocking. In the case, the items are in stock in the vendor’s warehouse, we can immediately fulfill the orders in several business days . Restocking schedules are determined entirely by the manufacturer or vendor and are outside of our control.
Expediting Efforts
After the initial production period, we will actively follow up with the vendor and make every reasonable effort to expedite your order whenever possible.
Priority Fulfillment.
Once the item is restocked, your order will be among the first fulfilled. In some cases, the product shipped may be the latest updated version provided by the manufacturer.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of backorders and vendor commitments, cancellations and refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the vendor’s approval. Once a backorder is placed, we may be unable to cancel the order.
Customer Support Commitment
While backordered items require a longer waiting period, we will manage the entire process on your behalf, maintain communication with the vendor, and support you until the product is delivered. Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
