      Refund and Returns Policy

      We take pride in ensuring the quality of our products and providing excellent customer service. To maintain high standards and fairness, we have implemented the following refund and returns policy:

      Eligibility for Returns

      To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

      1. Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received.
      2. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the branded box or sealed bag, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
      3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items cannot be returned:

      1. Custom or personalized products made to order.
      2. The products from WF Aftermarket Wheels Collection can not be returned
      3. Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
      4. Items that are missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
      5. Clearance or final sale items.
      6. Special-order and backordered items

      Return Window

      You must request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of order. Returns initiated outside this window will not be accepted.

      Return Process

      1. Contact Us: Notify our support team by email with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
      2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
      3. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.

      Refund Policy

      1. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
      2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the product’s value, excluding any original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
      3. Shipping fees are non-refundable in most cases. If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, the shipping cost will be refunded by the seller. However, if the return is initiated for reasons such as buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong item), the original shipping fee will not be refunded—even if the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.
      4. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
      5. If a customer is unable to complete the necessary requirements to fulfill an order—such as failing to pay an additional shipping fee for oversized items, or requesting a refund before the product is shipped—the total order value may not be fully refunded. The refund will be issued minus the payment processing fee charged by Clover/Square/Other Payment Processors…. This is because payment processors do not return these fees for refunded transactions. We will refund the remaining amount after deducting the applicable processing fee.
      6. All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee and $4.50 service fee (flat fee), which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.
      7. Orders placed on backorder cannot be canceled or refunded for a minimum period of two (2) months from the order date. During the first two months, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the vendor and attempt to expedite the restocking process; however, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or refunds during this period.
        Any refund or cancellation requested after the two-month period is provided solely at our discretion and as a goodwill effort to maintain customer satisfaction, and is not an obligation on our part. Please carefully review and acknowledge this policy before placing a backorder.

      Damaged or Defective Items

      If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

      Exchanges

      Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Return the original item in accordance with the policy above, and place a new order for the desired product.

      Cancellations

      Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the product has been dispatched, the order is subject to the standard returns process.
