4. Orders and Payments

4.1. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
4.2. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the site.
4.3. If your payment is declined or flagged as fraudulent, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.
5.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
5.4. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Our Refund and Returns Policy governs all returns and refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined in that policy.
6.2. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags within 30 days of receipt.
6.3. Refunds will not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse refunds or order cancellations in the following circumstances:
– Our funds, balance, or payment proceeds related to the order are held, delayed, restricted, frozen, or blocked by third parties, including but not limited to banks, payment processors, Clover, Square…, or other payment service providers.In this case, you should contact directly to your bank for processing.
– The refund or cancellation would result in financial loss, fees, penalties, or chargeback risk to our business due to third-party processing rules
6.5 In cases of suspected or confirmed fraud, no refund will be issued if the order has been shipped or delivered and the shipment cannot be canceled or recalled. If the order is still in processing or transit, we may assist with cancellation; however, any carrier or third-party fees will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.
6.6.Orders placed on backorder cannot be canceled or refunded for a minimum period of two (2) months from the order date. During the first two months, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the vendor and attempt to expedite the restocking process; however, we are unable to guarantee cancellation or refunds during this period.
Any refund or cancellation requested after the two-month period is provided solely at our discretion and as a goodwill effort to maintain customer satisfaction, and is not an obligation on our part. Please carefully review and acknowledge this policy before placing a backorder.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of products.
7.2. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
7.3. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
