- Accuracy of Wheel Specifications:
Dealers must guarantee that all wheel specifications, customizations, and requirements provided to users are accurate and meet the user’s needs as specified in their orders. - Shipping and Order Processing Time:
Dealers are required to provide shipping time and order processing time estimates that are as accurate as possible, with an allowable variance of ±5 days. Failure to meet this estimate should be communicated to Wheel Front and the customer in advance. - Return and Shipping Policies:
Dealers must have clear and accessible policies for returns, exchanges, and addressing product issues, including damaged or incorrect items. These policies must align with industry standards for consumer protection. - Customer Care and Service Responsibility:
Dealers are responsible for customer care and post-sale services, including support for product issues, inquiries, and returns. Wheel Front is not responsible for customer service related to dealer products. - Commission:
Wheel Front will only collect a commission after a successful purchase is made through the dealer. This commission will be agreed upon prior to any transactions. - Removal from Dealer Directory:
Wheel Front reserves the right to remove any dealer from the dealer directory if we receive a high volume of negative feedback from customers or if the dealer fails to adhere to the above policies. Continuous non-compliance with these policies may also result in removal. - Pricing Transparency:
Dealers must provide transparent pricing for all products, including any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges. Hidden or unexpected charges are not allowed. Any price changes must be communicated to Wheel Front and the customer before the order is processed. - Product Availability and Stock Management:
Dealers are responsible for ensuring that the products they list on Wheel Front are in stock and available for sale. If a product goes out of stock after a quote is provided or an order is placed, the dealer must notify Wheel Front and the customer immediately, and offer a suitable alternative or full refund. - Compliance with Legal and Safety Standards:
Dealers must ensure all wheels and related products comply with relevant industry standards, including safety regulations, certifications, and local laws. This includes ensuring that products are free from defects and are safe for consumer use. - Warranty and Product Support:
Dealers must offer clear and transparent warranty policies on their products, including the duration, coverage, and how customers can claim warranty support. Wheel Front expects dealers to honor warranties without unreasonable delays. - Performance and Quality Reviews:
Dealers will undergo regular performance and quality reviews based on customer feedback, order fulfillment, and product quality. Dealers who consistently perform below expectations will be subject to corrective actions, including potential removal from the directory. - Confidentiality and Data Protection:
Dealers must ensure that any customer data shared with them through Wheel Front is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations. Customer privacy must be respected at all times.
